More than an organization — it is a brotherhood, a safety net, and a symbol of solidarity,
staying true to its promise:
To serve those who serve and never leave anyone behind.

The A-Team was founded on September 19, 2019, just before the world was changed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Born from a shared sense of duty and brotherhood, this group of firefighters came together to support one another beyond the fireline. They saw the silent struggles many of their brothers and sisters faced—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and knew something had to be done.
What began as a small circle grew into a powerful force committed to helping active and retired firefighters through health services and peer support. But their mission didn't stop there. With hearts rooted in service, the A-Team extended their reach into the community, offering outreach programs and relief efforts for those in need.
More than just an organization, the A-Team is a living brotherhood—a support system, a safety net, and a symbol of solidarity. Through every challenge, they remain true to their promise: to serve those who serve, and never leave anyone behind.
To support and uplift firefighters—both active and retired—through accessible health services, wellness initiatives, and peer support, while extending our commitment to service through impactful community outreach programs that uplift the less fortunate.
A resilient brotherhood where no firefighter is left behind, and every community has a helping hand. We envision a future where compassion, connection, and courage define how we serve—both inside and beyond the fireline.
Our goal is to build a resilient support system that ensures the well-being of firefighters—active and retired—by providing accessible health and wellness programs, fostering a culture of brotherhood, and extending compassion through community outreach, so that no firefighter and no community is ever left behind
